Can you tell me which sites/agencies have apartments in GC for €50,000. Are they available in the southern resorts of Playa and Maspalomoas?

Thanks.......I would LOVE to come for a holiday and usually have a winter break in Maspalomas but not this year. Still, I am planning for the future so any information is appreciated.
