As you come over the bridge from Portugal (it looks behind Esuri but it could be Portugal) they are building a wind warm, it is quite visible from the motorway...

There is one being put together behind Villa Blanca and they are big, very big so you may be able to see it from the motorway cause they always put them on the ridgeline.

Recent news of the wind farm (parque eólico) called Montegordo, built by Eólica del Guadiana, 7kms from Villablanca, but still within the municipal boundaries of Ayamonte:

There is also a "huerto solar" within the Ayamonte boundaries called La Flamenca - the second largest in Andalucia (after the one near Sevilla).

The big names are: Gamesa Energía and Iberdrola Renovables.

Yes but they are flexible double your money and take it away.

Are you still there? What do you reckon if CE had a turbine installed at the hill beside Calle Arcipreste de Hita?

No thanks too noisy but there are a couple of lumps higher than us further back. The highest is the one that was rumoured many years ago to have been bought a an Arabian Prince (all 14 plots). Those were the days!

Very visible from the aeroplane into Faro too.
