Does anyone know of WIFI Hotspots (free) in and around the Chiclana/Cadiz area. Has a bearing on whether or not I buy a laptop or desktop.

We did find the hotels wifi very expensive, not sure if it has changed, been 18months since we had to use it.
Mail Boxes at La Barossa let you connect your laptop in their internet cafe, you just pay their normal internet rate.
El Corte Ingles in Cadiz has free wi-fi in their restaurant on the top floor, a very pleasant place to look over the harbour with a coffee and check your mail.
I did have details of a Europe wide wifi scheme, cant seem to find it at the moment. It relied on router sharing though so was a bit unsure of it. They did claim it was very secure.
