If I've understood her correctly, since I said I felt Spain was "home" to me, rather than UK, even though I have houses there, she has understood that Spain is home to me, rather than UK. Whereas many people live in another country, but still think UK is home and do the British thing were they are. ie hang out in British haunts, british friends etc etc and don't live their new countries way of living, etc..:unsure:

Sorry to get involved in this - think the point to all this is, it takes all sorts.
I like the idea of Sun, Sand & Sangria - personally I couldn't care either way about integrating with "Johnny Foreigner" just give me his climate and prices thanks. If you want different, that's up to you but let me have my choice also. PS I'll have a half of whatever Cherie was on last night!! |
