Why move ... all that stress
I read posts on this site daily. We all want our dream life in the sun but..is selling up and moving worth It?? I love Spain but would I chuck everything in UK in for a bit of sea sun and nice life...a big fat NO. It's such an uneasy world so many ex pats move back 'home' when their partners die or they get ill. Just rent for less than 90 days. Enjoy the weather but beware Spain is not easy to make it your home and I spend 5 months here and love it.

I assume you posted this for a reaction, well here is mine 16 years here and see more arrive than go back. Spain has been very easy to make home, it is home!

What suits one wont suit another, that's just the way of life. Live and let live no one is right or wrong, just different.

I see you have changed tack slightly from your 'Best of Both' post dated 28.1.2018, you know the one, where you did something else for reaction and when you got some sensible and balanced ones, dropped out after you first and opening post. Hmmm, let me see.....
The weather, the reasonable living costs which means we never have to work again, £170 a year Community charge (equivalent), the Spanish people, the good roads, the good health service, fantastic lakes to fish, my wifes asthma never playing up, my arthritis never playing up, my Grandkids having a four week holiday in the Sun instead of dodging showers and getting ripped off to even go for a swim. Anyway, just a few. Whatever happens in the future, happens, If my wife ends up going back to the UK (she won't, but hey) at least she will have seen a better life here than sixty somethings 'enjoy' in the UK.
You may fancy moving here when the whole of Kent becomes a glorified Customs / Border Control holding area soon......................... Never mind, you will always be able to get your garden done cheap or your car washed.
It does take cojones to make the 'leap' , keeps you young and active though!
Each to his own, you enjoy now!!!!!!

If I had to explain it to you, you would never understand anyway.
Each to his own, like I said, Enjoy. ( not dropping out, have nothing more to add to this post, not wanting a tit for tat reply)
