I have just got up to check e-mails (first time since Tuesday) so I thought I would have a quick check on here as well.
Not staying long as I feel the the need again - if you get my drift, have had this bug since Monday really getting me down
the good thing is I have lost 10lbs in weight which was well and truly needed
