Cabopino is nice, set in pine woods and short walk to a fine, white, sand beach. Restaurants around too. But caravan sites can get very noisy in summer.

Try goin East of malaga away from the hell that is Costa del Sol go near Torre del Mare, there are a few Brits mainly in the Finca areas around the mountains.

But its a really horrible place better left to the Spanish

Torre doesn´t have an 'E' does it ? I always make it a rule to be able to spell the place where I live. In the Mar (e) bit.

Not unless he's referring to the one in Italy

I agree with you jackytoo, Cabopino is charming, nice little marina but your right it does get absolutely packed in summer with everyone coming down from Citie de Calahonda

Vambeech, Have a look here it may help.

I can certainly recommend Oliva, Denia, Javea and all round that area, the people are much friendlier.....

Jackytoo is also very friendly...

We know Cabopino quite well and it's lovely out of season, but absolutely heaving over the summer months

And as its so busy, we have work here!!! Not just a glorified retirement home!!
