Where do most Spanish live abroad?

Where do most Spanish live abroad?
I would have guessed either the UK or Germany. Or perhaps even the states.
But it seems that Argentina, Venezuela and France host the most Spanish currently:

If you read the reports that go with that, the numbers include not only spanish emigrants but also those 'natives' who've taken spanish nationality, which might skew the results somewhat.

Well yes, the stats can never be 100% accurate. I imagine that quite a few young Spanish spend a few months or a year in the UK to improve their English, before returning home. I've met quite a few in different parts of the country who did this, and since they returned to Spain aren't included in the figures for living abroad. Yet there must be some of them who decide to stay in the UK - so there's a delay before they show up on the figures.
