where to buy a cot bed
I need to buy a cot bed for my granddaughter. She's 16 months old and I'm thinking a cot bed would be best, so that you could take the sides off in a couple of years.
Any advice on where I could find a new one at a reasonable price will be greatly appreciated. I'm in Cabo Roig.

Re: where to buy a cot bed
Is this for use on a permanent basis or just for holidays? I ask because you may find that just for holidays a cot bed will work out quite expensive and she will soon grow out of it. My granddaughter is now 3 and has visited 6 times (twice each year). We started her in a travel cot which can be bought at somewhere like Carrefour relatively cheaply but she has been in the standard single bed now for at least the last two if not three visits. We did push it against the wall at first. I did buy one of those bed guards that go under the mattress but actually never used it.
Sorry I can't help with where in your area you can buy a cot bed; do you have a Carrefour nearby as they probably sell them?

She's too young for a single bed and a travel cot, which I have in the UK, is already almost too small.
I tried looking on Carrefour's site before I posted, but couldn't find any cama at all. I don't even know where to start looking, so I'm hoping in some advice.
Many thanks, Kath.

I would recommend Hon Garcia. It is a huge furniture shop on the CV 905 near the ITV centre, Carrefor and Habaneras centre. If you can't find what you want there, try Almoradi - known as the furniture city.
