Correct - botanically.

Although, to be pedantic :) the peapod is the fruit and the pea is the seed.

well, both the new and old system are okay for me, but I really saw many times that old people couldn't find the right fruit or vegetable on the screen....

Are there words as well as pictures? How do you tell the diffence between different varieties of apples, or tomatoes? I think I'd be lost.....

Said it before and I'll say it again.

There are numbers just as before and also a description of the item, for example...small mushrooms or large, national tomatoes or plum tomatoes, banana or plantain.
I find the new system very easy to use, I even let my husband use it sometimes and he manages to get it right.
I think we all know which group things should slot into botanically, but we all know that they are commonly placed in the opposite group at point of sale.
