My understanding is that you claim the €450 after your regular unemployment benefit runs out, and you can only claim the regular unemployment benefit after having officially worked for at least a year, i.e. you have to have worked and paid social security at some point.
If you have a link to different information then I'd be interested. What I understood was that if nobody in your family (in your household) was working or receiving benefits then you would be eligible But as ever, the information online isnt very good, best to talk to your friendly seguridad social funcionario! |
