There must be many, where in Andalucia, what shape (tall, spherical, low cylindrical, etc., sight line? I'd say your best bet after a bit of posting here would be contact your local ferreteria & see what they can obtain for you. have you got a plumber lined up? Place/concrete base sorted? Be prepared to re-consider that 10,000 may not be enough!

Hi

Check with your local "Agua Pepe" and ask him how much water he delivers each time (and cost) and who he recommends - otherwise FionaMW has given an excellent reply

10,000 ltrs will generally only last around 10 days for 2-3 people if you dont have a pool and dont water your garden regulary.

It often works out cheaper to build one that size out of concrete rather than buy a prefabricated one which will still have to sited on a soilid base and will involve labour for setting up /delivery , if you draw your water from a co-operative I`d build a bigger one ,for at least a months water, if you have your own well/bore hole you will only need a 3000 ltr tank which are available in fibre glass for around 450 euro ,you can then top this up as and when needed.

You can buy fibreglass tanks from:

Isotermos Polisur S.l.
Ctra. De Bailen-motril, s/n
18610 Lobres (Granada)

Water usage is difficult to estimate as it depends on 'lifestyle' but for 2 people a tank containing 10,000 litres should last 3 to 4 weeks if water is used sensibly. At least that's my experience. If I want to wash the car I go to the garage.
The plastic or fibreglass water tanks come in all different shapes and sizes and it's a good idea to consider your ideal requirements. Such as the quantity of water that your local water delivery man normally brings in one go. Is it maybe 5,000 litres? If so then maybe you could get away with a smaller unit, say, 8,000?
In older times most large houses would have a 'depósito' or "aljibe" or "cisterne" or "depósito subterráneo de agua". These could be very large indeed and would hold all the rainwater until full when the surplus would run off. They would be constructed in the ground and be covered / sealed to prevent evaporation and pollution. 1,000 litres is equivalence to One Cubic Metre. So a 'depósito' for 10,000 litres would have to be around 10 cubic metres which is, say, a square container of about 2 metres high by 2.25 metres square. If you have the room and go for this option then maybe build a larger one for up to 20.000 litres depending on usage and alternative cost of getting water delivered if not taking rain water.
Another possibility if not going down the submerged route is to go for 2 or more tanks that could be linked by pipes. You can start with one for say 3,000 and then add extra tanks of the same type by fixing tubing. Only just thought of this ! Does that make any sense? I have seen smaller plastic water tanks suitable for drinking water at Leroy Merlin.
Sometimes you can find some things on Yellow Pages in Spain:

Search for " Deposito de agua "maybe.

At the other end of the scale, we are connected to an agricultural water supply and are entitled to one hour of water every ten days at a cost of €22.

The problem is that in one hour we actually get up to 150,000 litres of water. As a result we need a huge deposito of 200,000 litres just to take one "refill".

That meant a large concrete deposito of 8mx8mx3.5m. Not cheap but we can park 4 cars on it!

It would be so nice to be connected to a town supply but it would be far more expensive for the water!
