water and drains
Im having major problems trying to get connected legally to the water.
First the waterboard demanded loads of paperwork which I supplied including a licencia de ocupacion and new boletin, now they are saying we need a new water meter and stop cock, also connection to mains drains 15-20 meters away. Does anyone know who pays what? is the meter free and do we have to lay the pipes to the mains? Thanks |
Re: water and drains
Is this for a new build?

Re: water and drains
No, its for a cavehouse I have in Andalucia. The cavehouse was built and connected to a meter before I bought it in 2007 and Ive been trying to sort it out since last June! every time I complete one set of requirements they move the goal posts.......the licence and boletin cost €200 because the originals were 'misplaced'.Now this with the meter and drains!

You will have to employ a plumber and 'worker' to put all the pipe work in place. |
Re: water and drains
Thanks for that, I'll get a quote for the pipes..does it have to be a plumber who lays the piping?
