Default Watching Premier League on official provider DAZN

As DAZN is the official rights-holder to offer Premier League streaming in Spain, is anyone using their service to watch matches?

If so is it possible to switch to English commentary for live broadcasts?

Yes, I've been a subscriber to their 'essential' package for the last two years. The commentary is only in Spanish and the co-coms analysis isn't up to much.
I think it's good value for money when you compare it to the price you pay in the UK to legally stream a single match.

Many thanks, was hoping to sign up to something with English commentary but as you mentioned it is good value for money compared to prices in the UK.

P.S. Do you get streams of all Premier League matches or just selected ones?

I subscribe, you seem to get all premier league matches, also FA Cup., has darts on sometimes too , i get the essential package, was 12.99 a month but recently went up to 18.99, doesn't give you Spanish La Liga though.

You get all Premier League matches live and they are then held on the platform for a few days so you can watch the ones you missed. There is a spoiler system for these matches which lets you go directly to goals etc. You also get FA Cup and Championship matches which are televised on SKY. The picture quality is good.

As dave7777 says, with the 'essential' you get other sports, principally motorsports, cycling, boxing, tennis, snooker..

They recently ramped up the price to 18.99€ monthly so I've gone for an annual subscription 149,99€. That works out at £12 per month, which I think is pretty good!

Thanks guys, seems like a good deal even with the lack of English commentary. Especially with more English football covered like FA Cup and Championship, not to mention some other sports bundled in there as well. Looks like I might have to invest 150 Euros to get a year's worth of proper sports coverage for the upcoming year...

To be fair since i got it in November, I have watched every one of my team, Leeds games live, although sometimes i wish I didn't bother, most times actually!
Has the women's champions league games too and some good boxing.

In this case Championship coverage might prove useful next season. Just kidding...

I cheer on Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, and although B'mouth seem safe Forest aren't out of the woods yet (no pun intended).

A big selling point for me is the Mosconi Cup in pool which DAZN had last year and is already scheduled to stream in December 2023, and the PDC World Darts Championship (also in December) would be an added bonus too though I'm not sure if they've bought the rights...

Sadly true, about Leeds. I think we are doomed. World darts was on there last year, with English commentary, right up to the final and then it was Spanish commentary for the final bizarrely

They only broadcast the few Championship matches picked by SKY so tend to focus on famous teams in or near the playoff spots. Leeds and Forest will be featured heavily next season I guess.

The commentators love to use nicknames. GOL GOL GOL GOL GOL PARA LOS MAGPIES. Gets confusing when LOS SEAGULLS play LOS EAGLES. My team is Norwich who they refer to as LOS CANNERIES. Next season they will show the local derby against LOS TRACTOR BOYS.

Totally agree that the Spanish commentaries on EPL aren't great. Given the option, if the same match is on UK radio, I prefer to watch the images but sync up with UK radio. Football is easy to sync, because you start with both the TV and Radio out of sync, when kick off happens (usually on radio first) you just pause that, wait for kick off to happen on the TV and then restart the radio.
