Vueling Alicante
Hi has anyone flown with these people please. Are they connected to Iberia/British airways?
Experiences good bad or indifferent?
Timings are better than Bristol with Easyjet or Rynair and as we will be on the Welsh side and have to hire a care it is all relative.

IAG(who own BA) and Iberia bought out Veuling earlier this year so yes they are now connected to each other.
I have flown with them and it was pleasant enough, the one complaint I had was on one of the legs for whatever reason they didn't start the food/drink service until just before we got to Alicante. Also you have to pay for food and drinks, but that's not a big deal.

You are absolutely right! Mind is not functioning today in that it was easy to get around Javea and where overnight it seemingly has rained!
I meant of course Cardiff and Cardiff to Chepstow is easier than Bristol to Chepstow. So Alicante to Cardiff it is.
However did not see check in for Vueling at Alicante last week although did not look too hard.
As to baggage 23 kilo's which I presume is for both of us. Just look at t's and c's before booking
thanks

Vueling has made the news recently for its high level of delayed flights, only 78% arrived on time, and in particular for leaving passengers stranded for 31 hours in Dubrovnik.

As always with low cost flights it is worth having a plan B.

We have flown with them several times on Spanish domestic flights and have never experienced any delays, nor problems of any other kind.

Re: Vueling Alicante
The pricing structure is a bit unusual, there are three different prices, we opted for the middle one which includes a suitcase each, plus you get to select your seats, instant check in, change dates etc. The basic price gives you no baggage allowance, you have to pay extra for that, but if you select the Optimum Fare, it's 23 kg each.
