I was looking at Vodafone.es website to see if I could change my package to get the best value and I came across the following: I use my phone mostly for text messages to friends who are also on Vodafone and call perhaps half a dozen times a month for a very short period. Would I be best to go for the half price SMS or the free 10euros a month? Also a bit ambiguous where it says Change of card mode you have 6 free changes a year. The following will involve a cost of 6 euros? Which is it free or 6 euros?
To consult card mode: dial *135 # and you will receive an SMS with your mode and you will receive an SMS with your mode.
Change of card mode: you have 6 free changes a year. The following will involve a cost of 6 €. (6´96€ incl. VAT)
To make the change, dial:
Vitamina Minutes 60x1:
*135*01#
Vitamina Messages 50%:
*135*02#
Vitamina Extra 10€ free:
*135*03#
New Tiempo Libre Card:
*135*04#
Vitamina per second:
*135*05#

Could "the following" mean any changes you make after your 6 free ones? What does it actually say? (or does that come from an english page?)

It does mean that the first 6 changes are free. If you make further changes it costs.
The Spanish version is unambiguous

Thanks Rachel. Just need to decide if it is better to have an extra 10 euros free a month or half price SMS.
