Vodafone contracts expire soon...
Both our Voda contracts expire in a few days from now. Despite our dislike of the company, especially its 'customer services', we have had very little trouble with the system, data and coverage so we are not inclined to swap providers unless there is a very good reason. However, it does seem a good time to put the squeeze on them for better deals if that's possible.
We both have high-end Blackberrys and don't see any reason to change those for the time being (except my wife wouldn't mind swapping her Bold 9790 for the 9900 like mine). The amount of minutes are OK for us and the data is OK for my wife although I would like a bit more at the higher speed at times.
Is Voda open to offering new phones and reduced rates/more data on our existing tarrif structures? If so is it 123 we should contact or is it better to go to a Voda shop?
Both our Blackberrys were bought SIM free so we can move provider if absolutely necessary.
If we let the contract just roll over by doing nothing at this time can we just leave a any time in the future without notice?
Any advice on how to go about getting a better deal would be appreciated.

I changed from Vodaphone to Masmovil. They are easy to deal with, you can do everything online, and they are very helpful on the phone also.
