Although, I have a smallish patio and garden area which is tiled. I cleaned it, oiled it and sealed it once and then polished it. I had to use aguadente to get the stains out. It took me nearly a week and played havoc with my knees. It needs doing again after 5 years and I can't bear the thought of doing it again myself. I wouldn't get the inside done, as you say, it stays good and just need a good vacuuming and a light polish every now and then.

Spain in general but particularly the Costas lend themselves to being the graveyards for those who think they can arrive and conquer. If you are hell-bent in coming to Spain with your idea, be prepared for a possible embarrassing and expensive retreat.

But, if you think you can succeed, then drive on and best of luck.

I have never even considered having my floors professionally cleaned and I do not know anyone else who has had this done
Recently had builders in doing some work and they cleaned after them but we still did another clean ourselves and we would never have considered getting someone in to do it
Maybe businesses / bars / shops / hotels etc. may use this but they probably have contractors or do it themselves - a big sell would be needed to dislodge incumbent
If you go ahead what are your expectations for price?
As an example any builder / tradesman charging more than 70 to 120€ per day will not last long - as there is so much competition

With a quick google search I found theseSimply Pro Floor Carehttp://www.calpeonline24.com/floor-r...ing-i2182.html
good luck
