Well - we have had our fingers well and truly burned by Yoigo - We approached then asking if their system would support Skype! and the sales girl said it would.
However having signed up and got our dongle - we attempted to use several VOIP based programmes including skype and non would work - we later found out that in fact Yoigo does not support voip - classic mis-selling - or perhaps assistants who simply don't know! However, we were assured by the Yoigo web that the system would support "messenger" and initial trials with that did seem to work OK - however on a regular basis we can only get calls in one direction or not at all - despite a good Yoigo signal at one end and a hard wired link at the other end. At other times the quality is rough and our conclusion is that the system is rubbish - well at least we know and won't use them again. So we are now looking for something a bit more reliable and would be interested in systems others have used successfully - especially based in Benidorm and in Javea - do you have any recomendations?

Masmovil uses Orange as a provider but at much better rates and they support Skype no problem as I have used it

By the way you will not need to get a new dongle, just get a new sim for masmovil that's what I did and works fine you can also run it all online and in english
