Hola is not well written up as a free VPN worth researching it before using it. If you simply want to watch the main UK channels via internet try TV catch-up (it isn't as the name imply catch up but live) it has the main UK channels plus some others, it does not require a VPN to watch and is free to use. If you have an android box or tablet there is an app you can add from playstore. Or you can use the link I've put on to watch it. I have used for a few years now and find it fine no issues.

Hola has security issues. Install the Opera browser which has a built in VPN.

Catchup TV stopped working today (the Amazon site) Just as I was looking forward to watching the last of Edwardian Farm - zilch.

I was using Catchup TV with no problems but a few days ago it stopped working on my windows laptop but still works (most of the time) on my Smart TV. Any geeks out there got any suggestions?

Thank you both for that, perhaps it's just a local or regional glitch. I thought that the BBC had stuck its oar in again - let's hope not.
