For Valencia a dish over 1.1m will be fine for Freesat, so a 1.8m or 2.4m dish will be excellent

Not via satellite as the two satellites that offer those channels are aimed at Europe, and not KSA.

Although there was a chap a few years ago that wanted to watch German channels, from the old Astra 1 analogue satellite....problem was he was in Brazil. So he made himself an 8m dish and stuck it on top of his house, and got the channels most of the time. LNB makers sent him their LNBs to test to help improve the signals! (
) . He made a swimming pool from the mould!
