Trucks in Spain

Hi, I’ve been thinking about importing a LHD truck into Spain and have a couple of questions regarding ITV inspections, taxation and taco-graphs.
As I understand it, there is a 1 year inspection interval for a truck over 3500kG when it more than 10 years old, is this the same regardless of usage, i.e. private or commercial?
Is the ‘tax’ paid to the town hall the same for a truck under 3500kG as for one over 3500kG? I know it varies locally but I would like some idea.
Do I require a taco-graph only if the truck is over 3500kG and used for commercial purposes?
Thank you for any advice you may offer.

If you do so, please remember to never, ever indicate, always pull out and change lanes withing a split second forcing faster moving cars already in that lane to slam on their brakes.
And alsways ensure the truck is so filthy that cr@p falls from it all over the car behined.
My sincere apology for this utterly useless post but I get so much sh-one-t from truckers on a daily basis, it make me sick.
Had a 'rock' flick up off a truck tyre yesterday....scratch one windscreen.

Sorry you are not getting many replies, but its a bit of a specialised thing. I must admit I thought you couldn't import commercial vehicles into Spain but maybe thats just RHD commercials.
As far as tachos are concerned I think you'll find thats a europe wide requirement. Certainly when we sent vehicles to Spain France & Holland they always had to keep tachos and unfortunately it was a good way for the police to check if you had been speeding. If you were using the vehicle for carriage of your own goods you would not need a tacho, unless rules have changed in the last few years.
