Translation Please

Received an invoice from Endesa for just the standing bi monthly charge of 22.64 euros. There is a note which I have tried to translate but cannot make sense of which says

"El importe de esta factura le sera cargado en su cuenta a partir del 01&08&2007. Su pago se justifica con el correspondiente apunte bancario"

HELP PLSE.

They are going to take the amount shown on the bill from your account after the 1st of august. You will see this on the bank statement.

Approx translation "There is still a small amount to be charged to this account on the 01/08/07 but is so small it doesn't justify sending a note to the bank" or words to that effect! Vox

Don't think that's right - nothing here talks about how much money is involved. I would literally translate as:

The amount reflected on this bill will be taken from your account after the 1st of August. This payment will be shown on your bank statement.

BABELFISH
"the amount of this sera invoice loaded to him in its account from 01&08&2007. Its payment is justified with the corresponding banking note "

ABACHO
" The amount of this invoice will be loaded in his account from 01*08*2007. His payment apologizes to the corresponding bank note "

ME
The amount of this invoice will be paid into your account after 1/8/07. Your payment agrees with the corresponding bank statement

actually maybe they do owe you some money - perhaps previous bills have been over-estimated

cargado = charged. The amount is going to be charged to her account.

Lochy's translation was fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Mornin' Mr Walters. I didn't bother after reading Lochy's account but can see now the varying attempts. I concur - Lochy's was spot on.

Chiclangirl. We've had this before on what were negligible bills. It meant they didn't read the meter, so we weren't charged for electricity consumed until they did read the meter, usually two months later.
