ver wonder where that plane flying overhead is going or the name of that ship you can see off Torrevije harbour? Now you can find out. It helps if you can read a little spanish, but not essential just click on the link and I am sure you will figure it out.

If you click on the little blue triangle to the left of "Map, Satellite etc, there's a drop down menu to select from 4 languages, including English. :thumbup

When the first of these systems came into operation I tracked the Queen Mary 2 through the Strait of Gibraltar

My first impression was what a useful tool for terrorists.

It was originally a free service, then they put in a time delay ( 30 mins I believe ) to the free service. The paid service is up to date and very useful

I thought it was a joke at first, but I have been looking at the ships coming past on the coast and coming out of Valencia and it's quite accurate

several... I think. We've been wondering where planes were coming from and going to. We don't see many but flying into Faro, we've often thought we passed our own Sierra.

Not sure where you got negative comments from. You said it would be better if people could speak Spanish, I merely pointed out there was an English choice there, perhaps that's negative in your eyes. I fail to see any other post that was remotely negative. What were "those other negative comments"?

The map's going to be a little empty today?
Best wishes to those travelling at this time; it must seem a nightmare. I've heard all the AVE trains out of Madrid are fully booked (not surprisingly).

I can't pick up on the aircraft anymore.
Have they all crashed or is all of Europe on strike ?
