Default Tourism Figures

You've seen those overloaded cars waddling down the motorway towards the Almería or Algeciras ferry. On the roof, an enormous load of boxes, bicycles and beds, covered by a blue canvas sheet.
These are the North Africans, going home for a month's holiday. They cross Spain from France, Italy, Germany and Holland.
There are an estimated 2,500,000 of them going home... and the same again coming back (El Mundo today).
Five million.
Is that added in as part of Spain's annual tourist figures I wonder?
