If so do you know who supplies local service in Spain?
Seems a great idea with folk in UK able to phone Toggle UK number (Lycamobile) to reach you in Spain without paying roaming charge. Also if what they say is true you phone from your local Spanish number to UK and recipient doesn't pay anything for the call. You also make local calls in Spain which are simply local calls - no being routed to UK and then back to Spain.
I don't work for them but I have bought a couple of sim's and set up my local numbers for Spain and France.

Right I will partly answer my own questions after searching some more.
It appears O2 provide the network in UK and Vodafone in Spain.
I have found 2 sites where folks use Toggle and most seem to think it is a very good service.

I am a fan of Toggle Mobile however this news came to my attention last week. The advantage over Toggle is that it has 100mb data per day included in the 2euros a day price. Orange Spain offers 4G roaming in 22 countries - Telecompaper
