Has anyone else been having problems with Telitec in Javea? - Ours and two of our neighbour's wireless systems have been down for almost 2 weeks with no internet serve at all - yet repeated calls to the company seem not to be having any effect. Its having a bad effect on our clients who rent the properties for holidays.

what do telitec say? my telitec wifi in pego has been faultless for 5 years now. Actually, 2 weeks ago the renters said it didn't work - they rebooted the router & it went back on.

Is the green light showing on the box outside, in the above case it was red.

I don't work for teletec btw...

out of interest what compensation do the renters want for loss of wifi?

As a matter of interest (to me anyway!) I have wireless from Telitec and all I have outside is an antenna, no lights & no box. Would yours be a different system?

A few months ago I was down for two weeks. In my repeated calls to Telitec I got the excuses of "fiestas", "catching up after fiestas" and "we've been very busy". The customer services people were very put out that I wasn't more understanding!
