I found out why they should be muzzled the very first time I squashed into a packed lift to go up from the car deck to the kennels.
We were packed in like sardines and I'd previously noted that not all the dogs had been muzzled.
While I was concentrating on my own dog which was somewhere on the floor to my left, I felt something take a piece out of my right hand which I couldn't even see at the time as we were packed in so tight together like a tin of sardines unable to move an inch.
It was only when we all got unravelled and out of the lift, that I could see blood running from my hand like a tap, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out which dog was the culprit and certainly nobody owned up, that's if the owner was even aware it had happened.

Steph got bit quite bad a three years ago, the dog still runs about off the lead even though the police have said it cant be off lead.

She still has the marks.

As for Tyson, well he does not like his new muzzle that came today at all, I will have to get some hook on it to keep his head up, he is just smashing his head on the floor trying to scrape it off !
