I am in Fuengirola at the mo, looking at property. The prices seem to be dropping quite nicely for buyers, there seems quite a lot of interest in properties at the right price.

Anyway I have put in a low offer for a villa in the Fuengirola and there is a chance I may get it. The property needs reformas, and there are a few minor cracks to the front elevation. As the property is built into a hill side there is a probability of land slip.

Although I am from the "trade", before I commit to buy I will be requiring the services of a surveyor, for peace of mind.

Can anyone suggest such a person, with perhaps experience of using them.

A report in English would be welcome.
