Any guidance on this would be appreciated.

Our non res tax has gone up 9€ since last year!

Our IBI has stayed the same nil. Despite numerous efforts by us and our solicitor to pay it for the last 8 years, the local town hall seems so inept they cannot send out the bill. We've been told to just sit back and wait for the thing to eventually arrive. So we always keep enough ready cash to cover the last 4 years tax in the bank, we've based the amount on what our neighbour pays so we won't be far off

If it helps at all Denise we have a four bed villa in 7000square metres in a backwoods village, we too are part up a mountain Our non res tax is 341€ this year.

( I know non res tax isn't property based but included it)
