Our viewing went well again tonight and they did ask about entry dates etc. but, the dreaded garden issue was raised again! They already have a south facing garden as she "likes her garden".

Well it is important I suppose for these long hot summers we get North of the border;)

I have a friend who retired to Skye, but in the end sold up and moved back to the Cambridge area.

Congrats on the successful sale.

We were once told during a viewing that there weren't enough bedrooms. Yep, property details in hand giving clear indication of the number of bedrooms, they "would have preferred more".

Then why waste our time? Did they think that during the viewing they'd find another, hence the disappointment? :blink:

Ther are some deeply stupid people out there.

This is a summary of a conversation when I tried to take someone's number. I swear to god this is unaltered, except the actual number.
