From an African accented voice

Caller: Hello, we have information that someone on this number has recently been involved in an accident

Me: Do you think I'm ****ing stupid or something?

Caller: Nervous laugh

Me: (After pause) Well ........ piss off then!

Caller: Oh, OK ... nervous laugh



I suggest you just put the phone down if you get any of these recent scams

That's odd... Got one from a number today to tell me that their records show I have a loan and an unpaid PPI claim on it. I told them I didn't have a bank account.... they hung up.

I called them back and after a long spiel the message said they were based in South Africa.

I'm always wary when I get a caller from a Madrid number, but have to answer it in case it's the King. If it's not him, I put the phone down because it will be some sort of scam.

You mean there's still one honest guy left in Spain ?
