The full benefits of EU harmonisation now becoming apparent :-) She faxed it back confirming she was driver (900E if you don't within 20 days) and is now expecting a huge fine, and they are huge here, I had one once. Just wondered why they just didn't send the fine as most others seem to get. |

The full benefits of EU harmonisation now becoming apparent :-) However if like Neil and Christine Hamilton you have a canny lawyer and questionable memory, you can say you can't remember which of you was driving though accept one of you was. So the driver can't be fined for speeding because no-one knows who it was.............. |
