Spanish Health care card
We have finally sorted out my OH autonomo and social security payments. When we were at the social security office we were asked whether the OH had any medical conditions - which he has. We were then informed we had to go to our local council office, with another bit of paper which they gave us, with the name of the Consultant he is seeing as we would be entitled to another card. This card would entitle the OH to zero rate of IVA on purchases including cars, tvs. Does anyone know the details of this card as I have not heard of it before?

This raises the question (if you are prepared to tell us) as to what condition will attract this benefit ?
