Note this decree has passed over a considerable amount of power to police. You must have ID on you at all time or they will detain you!!!

Rules in relation to carrying some form of ID have always been the case. From what I have read the police will be possibly checking people out and about more for the purpose of them being out other than for essential reasons than ID. I would think the last thing the police need is police stations and cells full of possible virus carriers!

Yup that's about how it was up here in Santander too. No many people but hardly any stuff.
One good thing is that the air is a lot cleaner from the reduction in cars, so a small decrease in strokes etc over the coming months.
My friend is complaining about all the people coming out of Madrid and spreading it to regions like here where there are (so far) only a few cases.
