dont forget that prices will depend on if it is a new full aerial install which may also include all cabling, supports, installation and masthead amplifer / power supply unit, or just adjusting an existing aerial system.
130e sounds reasonable if it is a new instalaltion for aerial and cable and amplifer kit -its what i charge for that! it is a rip off if the 130e quoted is just for a new aerial.
and dont forget that here are less than 100 days before many areas start to swtich off their analogue systems and only provide digial tv....then phase 2 and 3 to follow at the end of 2009 and mid 2010
well the tves will soon have no adverts at all and will be fully supported by the gvmt (ie taxes), and therefore allowing private broadcasters increased advertsing from companies.

no
the spanish gvmt already use money from your taxes (if you pay them!) to help fund tve and many local tv stations. these stations also get money from advertising revenue.
all that is happening is that the level of advertising on TVE will be reduced (i think to zero by the end of 2010) and will be fully supported by gvmt money, from the "kitty" / tax pool.
