Hi,
Has anyone ever booked a trip through SpainTours (now known as Plus Ultra Tours) located in Astoria, NY? My friend and I have just started working with them to book our trip to Madrid & Barcelona. We think we have a good deal, but they customer service has been sub-par. Is this company reputable? Do they deliver as expected?
Any feedback/comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is our first trip to Spain.
