spain bound?
Hi....Nervous here,,,In the process of selling a house in UK with ideas of a long-term rental (poss up to a year) somewhere in Spain early 2019. (taking a year out/off)
Any tips? Where can we find a rental? What do we need to rent? What residenciial paperwork do we need to hold/where can we get it?
Any tips/advice very welcome! Any live chat forums?

I would suggest you wait a while before selling your UK property, perhaps let it for a year?
I know several unfortunate couples who sold in UK to live the dream in Spain. Changed their mind and now can't afford to buy property back in UK.

If there’s a no deal Brexit, they could be cheaper to buy back!
