In that case, one of those annoying squeaking wind vane type outlets that keep the opening away from the wind should fix the problem.

1. Stove apparatus which produces and emits heat to warm a room, sometimes it is portable, and some types are called heaters.
2. Stove domestic: in some countries is so called the hearth or anafre apparatus that operates by fuel or electricity for cooking.
3. Room for the hot springs to produce a sick copious sweat.
4. Any equipment used for industrial drying.
5. Cold stove is old Spanish word to describe the currently known greenhouse construction or to protect plants from inclement weather. It is notable, among these buildings, the stove cold Lisbon (Portugal), where you can visit a botanic garden.
6. Stove microbiological culture, equipment used for the incubation of samples microbial: bacteria, fungi, cell cultures, to provide the necessary conditions of temperature at which to grow satisfactorily.

Could you not just block up one hole at a time to see if that solved the problem? I'm sure, at least in my case, that the problem was the direction of the wind rather than its strength.

That has crossed my mind .... there are 4 different holes, and one is 1 mtr away from the roof (same height)
