Default Sky Sports News on a 1.9mtr dish?

I just upgraded my subscription to get the news package specifically for Sky Sports News and I have no signal. The other channels are ok. ESPN classic etc...

Is Sky Sports News on the weaker signal? Is there another frequency?

I am in Orihuela costa.

nope.
Sky Sports news is on one frequency and one frequency only. (the same as eurosport 2, hallmark, and comedy extra - bet you will not have these channels either!)

It is on a north beam frequency, so reception may not be available mid afternoon to early evening, when the north beams are at their weakest. (in my area they are weakest at 5pm - 6pm!)

also certain receivers are better at receiveing these north ebam signals than others...the pace 2600 likes them a lot!

also, LNB skew is critical in these channels reception.
