Sky On Demand
I received notice today that I can have a free On Demand connector from Sky to connect tv and internet. Now if I get it and connect it will it be able to see that I am in Spain even if I use a masking isp?

As long as you connect it to a router running a UK VPN, then it should work, as they will "see" you are connecting from a UK server.
No UKVPN, no on demand, as they will see you are connecting from outside the UK.
