That is only in the UK. We have come across this too when wanting to take a video at Ian's nephews swimming gala. We was told to stop until his sister, the Child's parent gave permission. What crap.

We love that on a winters morning the mist just creeps its way up the hillside.

Must say that detail in the photo is outstanding.

I agree Casa Santo Estevo, and they were actually shot by eternal learner. I think it was my finger in at least one of them.

I don't think in Spain they are so bothered are they? I see more people ruffling strangers kids hair, than I see in UK.
