just got back from iceland and very upset ,they have delisted munchkin marshmallows ,and ritas rye bread .Does anyone know where i can get these little treats

Marshmallows are dead easy to make. All they are is gelatin and boiled sugar.
There are lots of recipes on the 'net - we made some at xmas: vanilla, peppermint and chocolate covered
Tip: forget about complications like "corn syrup" etc. just use normal white granulated. Some recipes call for a whisked egg white - it doesn't seem to make any difference if you add this or not.
You can toast them too. It makes them turn into a sort of creme brulee on a stick, though don't do this with the chocolate covered ones!
