Hi All
Does anyone belong to a .177 Air Rifle Shooting Range in the Costa Calida?
I'm moving near to San Javier and
1) want to join a Target Shooting Range
2) want to know if I can bring my uk air rifle with me .177
Any help appreciated.
Wrote to [email protected] as they have a range in Cartagena, but they have never bothered to reply!

Hi and a warm welcome to the Spanish forum on BE. Myself and Fred James are the moderators for the Spanish forums whilst BEVS moderates Europe. Moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE. This is so that members gain the information that they are looking for and find their experiences on the forums to be friendly and worthwhile.
Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderator who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are usually friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge about the issues of living in Spain. I hope that you enjoy your time participating in the forums.
Please let me know if you need any further help.

We have a tendency to say that Spain closes down in August so you may have to be very patient with the town hall. Normally they are working with very limited staff due to their holidays.

You might want to check that map again. There are addresses and phone numbers for five shooting clubs listed within 60 minutes drive from San Javier. This is the closest > http://www.clubdetiro.es/contacta.html

You will have more success if you phone, or visit them once you are in Spain.
