Getting people to commit to buying might be tricky if you're doing it on a personal basis and doing it on a business basis will obviously raise the usual problems of working through the Spanish system. It's not exactly conducive to small-scale entrepreneurism.
You'd want to do some market research before investing too much time and effort in it, I'd suggest, to find out who would really be interested and what facilities would be available at what level of hassle. There's no way I'd go ahead with a business on the say-so of a few comments in a bulletin board. Do you speak Spanish to be able to deal with local bureaucrats, customers and the people operating the facilities you might want to use/advertise through?
