Second Hand Bike
Hi All,
We will be living in Denia for 6 months and wanted to know where we could buy 2 second hand bikes. if anyone could point us in the right direction. We are happy to travel to Alicante or Valencia to pick them up as we will have a car.
Thanks.
Luna.

Re: Second Hand Bike
As you're only coming for six months, one option you could consider are these electric hire bikes that are to be found parked on the street all over the larger population centres in Spain these days.
You simply have an app to enable you to take them for as long as you like and then park them up when you are done.
It would enable you to get straight into cycling when you get here while you hunt around for a solution for the six months.

When buying second hand, please be careful who you buy from. If it smells stolen, it most likely is. Please don't feed the machine. How do you do that? Buy from a private individual who isn't selling bikes on a regular basis or go to a reputable shop who can tell you where they bought it. Once you've gotten past that part you need good locks or it will end up back on Wallapop, possibly in the city it was originally stolen from. Locks being plural if you have quick release wheels or seats.
