Hello
My son is starting at Europa school Seville in September.
I was wondering if it is normal to have to buy about 30 books for the year??? Do all schools require you to do this or just private?
Any ideas where to get second hand books?

30 sounds a lot, but then some of the publishers have recently started splitting their books, so that the children buy 3 (one per term) instead of 1 for the year. The idea is that it makes their bags lighter to carry.
No idea about 2nd hand ones.

you have to buy the books in state schools too
each book costs 15-30 euros & yes, for some subjects you need to get 2
