San Sebastian?
Hi folks,
I'm planning a holiday and San Sebastian looks lovely on the various websites. Is it a good place to visit? We like places by the sea with nice food.....
Any pointers welcome? Any issues we need to know?
Many thanks in advance!

San Sebastian is truly beautiful! Good holiday choice However, it is a bit pricey compared to some parts of Spain and try and book your accomodation early as it can get very booked up, especially if it´s a Fiesta or other special occasion.
My big tip though is... don´t get it confused with San Sebastian de los Reyes as I did many years ago and booked a hotel online there instead.... my Spanish hubs still teases me mercilessly everytime we drive round the north of Madrid

Pic of Hondarribia,as promised! The whole town´s like this and it´s right on the sea, unspoilt little fishing village, overlooking France, great food too!

Hi,
We stopped over in San Sebastian on the way through to the UK. Had a chance to do some panoramics.
