The Sam only thread!
OK peeps,
Seeing as there seem to be quite a few of us Sams about on here, I thought I'd start a "Sam only" thread! :D To be eligible to post, you must be a Sam of either gender. Let's see how many of us there are! ;) Sam(antha!) |

It would seem that we were wrong in our assessment of how long it would take Matt to hijack this thread :D Martha, you've obviously got too much time on your hands.................you're not usually this rebellious!! You win the prize for being the first hijacker :p Come on Sam Greenfield, where are you?? We need strength in numbers here! Aren't there any Samuels around?? Sally, you almost qualify to post on here - because at least your name begins with an S!! Leighbloke.................................you should know by now that all that politically correct stuff gets you absolutely nowhere on BE!! :p PS I reckon the Rugby must have started, and that's what's keeping Matt away?? |

Hiya all - im here - sorry been busy today stripping old kitchen out ready for the new one this week.
Hope your all well and yes it is nice to have a Sam thread - i see there are a lot of wannabies out there :D Love Sam(antha) - only when im in trouble though or if i was gonna get a leathering off my mum it was Samantha Jayne - i knew i was gonna get it big time if she called me this - love you mum xxx |

My daughter is called Samantha and the reason for that is because I always wanted to be called Samantha after Sam in "Bewitch" and when I was a kid I told everyone to call me Samantha there so if you want me to play games with you girls in the future I think you should let me play now because I am very nearly a Sam I have to stop now because I have run out of breath and I think I need to put my head in a brown paper bag before I collapse:blink:

I was named after the witch in Bewitched coz my dad fancied her, apparently i could wiggle my nose when i was younger and i have lived up to being a witch as well ;). Hope your ok crispygirl - deep breathes????? |

That's good news about PP too, Sam P. Hopefully she'll see the thread? I've just thought, your little Sammy qualifies too, doesn't he! Crispy, I'm absolutely sure that all of us Sams will happily accept you as an Honourary Sam :wub: You qualify because of your daughter, because of your "tortured and Bewitched" childhood :D ......................and because you're an all round good egg ;) What do you reckon girls (and ? boys) I used to love Bewitched, and I'm sure I used to do a bit of nose twitching myself :o I reckon we must all be about the same age then? I know Sam P and I are (very young 40 somethings!) How about you Sam G? I'll have to ask my parents tomorrow if Bewitched had any bearing on their choice of name for me? I'm with you there Sam G - I knew I was in big trouble if I was ever called Samantha!!! So, what variations of your name have you all enjoyed and endured then? Personally, I've been known as Sam, Sammy, Sambo, Sam - u - el, Sammy-Ann bread basket (?? :unsure:) and Samantha Pink Panther!! |
