It hasnt rained properly in Oviedo for 4 months, yet is keeps on being incredibly safe!
Families and respectable looking teenagers walk around without a care in the world, at any time of day
My wife was brought up here and only became aware of the need for personal safety when she moved to the UK as a student. Oviedo is about as safe as a city can be
